  • Custom products are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect
  • If there is a defect in printing, binding, or materials, we will provide a full refund or replacement
  • Errors in personalization due to customer input are not eligible for return
  • We will work with you to resolve any issues with custom products

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  4. Package the item securely in the original packaging

5. Return Shipping
